We will drive along the wild coast of the Vestvågøya island up to Svolvær, the main village of Lofoten with its red rorbuas and lively business. We will admire the horns of the Svolvaergeita peaks just above our heads, from the little charming city pier. After driving further north to enjoy the extreme northern parts of the islands we will reach Kabelvåg, the oldest permanent settlement in the arctic.
By passing by the famous Rørvikstranda with its emerald waters we will then reach Henningsvaer, a stunning little fishing village with a delicious pier, numerous art galleries and the famous football pitch island. There we will have lunch by tasting some typical local dishes. After lunch we will go around the island of Gimsøya with its tiny wooden church surrounded by white sandy coves. There we will visit Hov farm and its icelandic horses, and then make our way back through the central part of the Vestvågøya island driving through its meadows dotted by colored animal farms.
