Booking terms & cancellation policies

Booking and Payment

• To secure your tour, a deposit of 2,000 NOK per tour day is required at the time of booking via a link we will send you

 The remaining balance must be paid via second link, within 14 days before the tour date.

• Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
• We accept secure payments by card or bank transfer through the provided payment link.

Booking Changes

• Any requested changes are subject to availability and may involve a change of tour date.
• When rescheduling cannot be accommodated, the tour is deemed cancelled and the Cancellation Policy applies.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 14 days before the tour date: full refound.
• Between 14 and 48 hours before the tour date: 60% refound of total tour price
• Less than 48 or no-show: No refund.

             Full Refund insurance:

 We offer an optional insurance that grants you full refund, (deposit & balance) in case of cancellation due to major force, canceled flight, cruise not available to dock, sickness, etc. The insurance has the cost of 10% of the full-tour price and can be bought at the time of paying balance.

Heart of Lofoten reserves the right to cancel the tour for adverse weather conditions, guides inability, and any other reason. In that case, a full refund will be provided.

Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure

• We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary due to operational or weather-related reasons.
• In case of force majeure (extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, etc.), we will offer a full refund or rescheduling.

Please note: Regular rain and wind that do not pose a safety risk are not considered valid reasons for cancellation, and therefore are not subject to refund or rescheduling under these terms.
